1. How long is shipping? Packages arrive within 2-7 business days depending upon method chosen.
2. Do you ship internationally? Yes we do.
3. I gave the wrong address, can I fix it? Please contact us within 24hrs so we can cancel your order and you must start over. Once shipped we are not responsible for inaccurate shipping information and you will not be refunded. If an item is returned to us you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your order.
4. How can I change merchandise on my order? To stick within our shipping guidelines we do not edit orders once they have been placed. Please verify/review your order details (sizes,color,etc) before completing your order.
5. When will I get my tracking #? Once your order has been verified in 1-3 business days.
6. Why was my order cancelled? We were unable to verify your payment billing address that was entered. If your billing address does not match credit card or bank address on file, it will automatically be cancelled. Please make sure these items match.
7. Can I get a refund? Unfortunately, Her Style House does not offer refunds!
8. What if I want to meet to pick up my order? All orders wanting to be picked up must be placed online first. No Exceptions! Please click Pick-up Tab at time of check-out.
